About MetaPlonk
MetaPlonk is a free English-language community resource for GeoGuessr and location-guessing learners. It organizes clues, guides, drills, and terminology into one navigable site.
Why the site exists
Location-guessing knowledge is often scattered across videos, maps, spreadsheets, Discord threads, and memory. MetaPlonk gives that knowledge a stable structure that beginners and competitive players can both navigate.
For learners
The site starts with a beginner roadmap, then opens into guides, clue categories, comparisons, glossary terms, and practice paths.
For contributors
The content model is built so new guide pages, clue examples, and corrections can be added without redesigning the site.
